We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Axians GA Netztechnik GmbH. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical infrastructure projects from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and technicians, to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality control.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and provide solutions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical infrastructure project management.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international teams and clients.
