We are a dynamic start-up dedicated to providing innovative sustainability solutions for businesses across the EU. As a remote-first organization, we are expanding our ESG department and seeking a German-speaking professional to help us craft and execute sustainable strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sustainability strategies tailored to client needs
  • Assist clients in navigating and applying relevant regulations
  • Work collaboratively with sales and customer success teams to provide insights for effective deployment of our SaaS solutions
  • Interpret ESG standards and regulations to inform product development
  • Facilitate workshops with leadership teams to evaluate sustainability performance and create customized plans
  • Collaborate with external partners for research and security initiatives
Qualifications
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach
  • Extensive knowledge of sustainability regulations such as CSRD, GHG Protocol, and EU Taxonomy
  • Relevant degree and experience in sustainability reporting and project implementation
  • Fluency in both German and English
