CTG Luxembourg: Bid Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our European Institutions Bid team at CTG Luxembourg. As a Bid Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing winning bids for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Bid Planning and Timeline Management: Develop a comprehensive project plan and timeline for bid submission, ensuring all deadlines are met and coordinating efforts across multiple teams.
  • Proposal Coordination: Lead and coordinate the writing of the bid, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with client requirements. Gather inputs from various departments and integrate them into the proposal.
  • Exclusion and Selection Criteria: Collect administrative documentation and forms, select and prepare CVs and project references.
Your Profile:
  • Relevant Education: University degree in IT or equivalent education or expertise.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills.
  • Initiative: Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Stress Resistance: High stress resistance.
  • Attention to Detail: Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
Technical and Professional Skills:
  • Writing Skills: Advanced writing skills in English.
  • Project Management: Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Business Acumen: Experience in working in a business and IT environment, understanding commercial buying decisions.
  • Communication: Strong internal communication skills.
