Job Description

As a key member of our sales team at HITACHI ENERGY GERMANY AG, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in your region. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers, providing them with expert advice and support to inspire them for our products and service concepts.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will advise and support customers on our products and solutions, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • You will develop and maintain sustainable business relationships with customers and key accounts, aligning with the overall sales strategy.
  • You will take on and collect customer feedback, using it to improve our products and services.
  • You will be responsible for escalation management in case of questions and problems, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • You will be the direct link to the business units and bid & proposal teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.
  • You will organize and initiate after-sales service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Background

  • You have successfully completed engineering studies or have professional experience as a technician or master craftsman.
  • You have first relevant professional experience in sales of products and solutions requiring explanation.
  • You have sound knowledge and understanding of technical and economic solution concepts.
  • You have a high willingness to travel and are fluent in German, with basic knowledge of English.
  • You have an affinity for sales, as well as strong negotiation and presentation skills in dealing with demanding customers.
