We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at PERMACON GmbH in Düsseldorf. As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business relationships and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
  • Design and implement effective KPIs and reporting systems to measure business performance
  • Develop and implement area-specific solutions to drive business growth and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business opportunities
  • Develop and present business cases to stakeholders using various methods and tools
  • Conduct special evaluations and prepare analysis results for presentation to senior management
Your Ideal Profile:
  • Studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Significant experience in controlling and a deep understanding of the energy business
  • Excellent MS Office and SAP skills
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proactive and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • High level of personal responsibility and stress tolerance
  • Fluent in English, with additional languages an advantage
