Business Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Controller to join our team at PERMACON GmbH in Düsseldorf. As a Business Controller, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Analyze complex business relationships and develop data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Develop and implement meaningful Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and standard reports to measure business performance
- Design and implement area-specific solutions to drive business efficiency and effectiveness
- Continuously optimize and improve automation solutions to streamline business processes
- Consult and develop business cases using various methods to drive business growth
- Prepare and visualize analysis results to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Studies in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Significant controlling expertise and substantial understanding of the energy business
- Excellent MS Office and SAP knowledge
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data in a clear and easily understandable way
- Proactiveness and ability to cooperate in a cross-functional environment
- High personal responsibility and tolerance to stress
- Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of additional languages an advantage
