At Elanco, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Leader to join our team as a Senior Financial Advisor. This is a key role that will be responsible for providing financial leadership and guidance to the Cuxhaven site, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial results, and driving business performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial leadership and guidance to the Cuxhaven site, ensuring the accurate and timely reporting of financial results.
- Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business performance and growth.
- Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including site leadership, global finance, and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and policies.
- BS degree in Finance or Accounting, or MBA with technical or operations experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership or management, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and present insights to stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluent in German, with strong English language skills.
