Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Delphi HR-Consulting. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our business with regional and global key account customers in the packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing initiatives
  • Provide market and competitor insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Qualified vocational training or university degree in a relevant field
  • Proven sales experience and success in B2B business within the packaging industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key account customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Business fluent language skills in Dutch and English, with a strong understanding of the packaging industry
