About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented working student to join our Human Experience Management (HXM) Value Advisory team in Middle and Eastern Europe. As a working student, you will have the opportunity to work with a team of expert professionals and customers across the region, supporting the development of value propositions and business cases for HXM solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research on industry, subject, and customer-related matters to support the development of value propositions and business cases.
  • Prepare customer workshops and presentations to showcase the benefits of HXM solutions.
  • Develop and enhance HXM Value Advisory assets to support sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with the HR Value Advisory team to identify and prioritize opportunities for HXM solutions.
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled student at a university or university of applied sciences.
  • Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Business Informatics, or similar.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong analytical capabilities (analysis of corporate reports, presentations, websites).
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to quickly adapt to new topics.
  • Knowledge or experience in the field of HR and cloud software is a plus.
