Ideal Candidate Profile...
You are a dedicated host, adept problem solver, and keen observer all rolled into one. With extensive experience in hotel operations, you possess a natural affinity for guest relations and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail in every task. As a hands-on Duty Manager, you ensure that no detail goes unnoticed during your daily security inspections. Your creativity shines through in your efforts to enhance guest experiences, and you collaborate closely with the Quality Team to uphold our standards and achieve outstanding guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities...
- Maintain open lines of communication with guests, ensuring their needs are met.
- Oversee VIP guest care, ensuring a personalized experience.
- Innovate and implement strategies to boost guest satisfaction, considering current trends.
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and manage any complaints professionally.
- As Duty Manager, actively assist in various departments as needed.
- Serve as a welcoming presence in guest areas.
- Analyze guest feedback, monitor performance metrics, and derive actionable insights.
- Conduct daily safety inspections throughout the property, documenting and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure compliance with internal and legal safety regulations.
- Foster teamwork across all hotel departments and with the leadership team.

- Proven experience in reception, guest relations, or hotel management.
- Professional appearance, charm, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Confident and composed leadership style.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- A proactive attitude and hands-on approach are integral to your character.
- Your drive to excel motivates your team to achieve their best, and you provide valuable support to the leadership team.
- Must possess a valid work permit for the EU/Germany.
