As a licensee of a successful franchise system, we are looking for a skilled Office Manager in Parchim.
Your Responsibilities- You will provide comprehensive support in administrative, organizational, and operational tasks.
- You will serve as the primary interface between our customers, employees, and business partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- You will actively contribute to the development of our company, driving success through your expertise and dedication.
- You will independently manage incoming correspondence with construction prospects and customers, maintaining accurate data in various systems.
- You will be responsible for the smooth organization and planning of events, such as topping-out ceremonies, construction days, trade fairs, and training sessions.
- You will prepare and follow up on meetings and events, as well as trade fair appearances, ensuring seamless execution.
- You will support our sales team in creating marketing materials and monitor success metrics, key figures, and costs.
- You will maintain our land exchange database, ensuring it is always up to date.
- You have completed commercial training and possess proven organizational skills.
- Your work is characterized by independence, resilience, and a strong analytical mindset.
- You are dedicated to your daily work, even with a high workload, and possess excellent communication skills.
- You are proficient in MS Office applications and willing to learn industry-specific commercial software products.
- You will have a secure job with flat hierarchies in a regionally rooted family company and the market leader in solid house construction.
