Project Forwarding Manager

Log-Cons GmbH is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Forwarder Manager to lead their dedicated team in Düsseldorf.

As the Project Forwarding Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of the department's operations. Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and motivating a team of over 10 employees within the project forwarding department.
  • Ensuring seamless operational processes and adherence to industry best practices.
  • Taking full responsibility for cost management and budget control.
  • Preparing accurate and competitive quotes for clients.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with international agents and partners.

The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in project forwarding and sea freight operations. You are a customer-centric individual with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Your ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment is essential, along with your proficiency in MS Office Suite and fluency in English.
