Your Role

  • Assist the Head of Transformation and Operations in various administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
  • Managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Filtering and prioritizing emails and urgent matters.
  • Organizing both internal and external workshops, meetings, and events on a local and international scale.
  • Developing presentations and drafting communications related to Transformation and Operations in collaboration with team members.
  • Providing assistance with operational matters such as procurement, order management, project oversight, and office administration.

Your Profile

  • Several years of experience in an administrative role within a large global organization.
  • A strong commitment to flexibility, teamwork, and a proactive approach to managing responsibilities and smaller projects.
  • Excellent communication skills complemented by a high degree of empathy.
  • Ability to effectively navigate and collaborate across various teams and departments.
  • A creative, pragmatic mindset with a focus on service excellence.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Office365, SAP, ITSM, or similar platforms.
  • Fluency in both English and German.
