We are seeking a Senior IT Specialist (gn) to join our dynamic team.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee and secure our Microsoft Azure and Office 365 platforms
  • Take a pivotal role in our Security Operations Center (SOC)
  • Manage the administration, installation, and configuration of server environments, primarily focusing on Microsoft Windows, with some Linux
  • Assist in the deployment, support, enhancement, and documentation of both new and existing software, tools, and hardware
  • Provide second and third-level IT support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Operate independently in daily tasks and manage assignments through our ticketing system
  • Engage proactively with internal teams and departments
Your Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration, or a degree in information technology or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Windows operating systems (client/server), including services like AD, DHCP, DNS, and GPO
  • Proficient in Microsoft security features and familiar with various IT security domains
  • Expertise in second and third-level support and IT project management
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
  • Strong teamwork skills, a sense of accountability, and a proactive approach

Desirable additional skills include:

  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure (e.g., AZ104, AZ500, SC200, SC300)
  • Experience in SOC (e.g., CSE, CSA, CCSE certifications)
  • Familiarity with SAP Basis
  • Basic Linux knowledge
  • Database management (e.g., Oracle, Microsoft SQL - foundational knowledge is beneficial)
  • Experience with Veeam Backup
  • Familiarity with GitHub
  • Understanding of ITIL principles
