About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Engagement Manager to join our team in Germany. As a key member of our Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC) team, you will work closely with senior executives to deliver strategic projects and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic projects to drive business growth and transformation
  • Lead and manage a small high-performing project team to deliver results
  • Develop and implement effective structures and frameworks to support project delivery
  • Prepare and present decision-making documents to senior executives and the management board
Requirements
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in management consulting or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering strategic projects and driving business growth
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
