Business Process Management Internship

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our innovative team as a Business Process Management Intern. As a key member of our Data and Processes Department, you will play a crucial role in driving change and implementing efficient processes to achieve sustained success at Dr. Oetker.

Your Responsibilities

  • Gain insights into the company Dr. Oetker and the international department "Data and Processes" for a period of 6 months.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of process documentations, especially in the context of international programs.
  • Work closely with the Business Architect Teams (BATs) and various stakeholders to gain insights across different departments.
  • Support with questions from stakeholders about modeling conventions (BPMN 2.0) and our process tool (BIC Cloud).
  • Assist in RPA projects by preparing and designing use cases to enhance automation maturity across functions and countries.
  • Support in the data-based analysis of our processes with our Process Mining solution.
  • Support the team in the preparation and follow-up of workshops as well as in general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • You are an enrolled student in the field of business administration, informatics, computer science, or similar.
  • Motivation and team spirit, as well as a hands-on and can-do attitude, count among your personal strengths.
  • Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in process modeling, automation, and mining or willingness to acquire it.
  • You have technology affinity and ideally you already made first experiences with programming.
  • You are familiar with the MS Office package (especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel).
  • Your strengths include a high degree of reliability and accuracy.
  • You enjoy communicating internationally (German/English).
