Select Lightning Protection Limited is a leading provider of earthing and lightning protection solutions to major clients across Europe. We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Lightning Protection Technician.

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and maintaining lightning protection and earthing systems on a variety of structures, including data centers and tall buildings. This will involve working to pre-designed schemes, including drawings and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain lightning protection and earthing systems on data centers and tall structures.
  • Undertake upgrades to existing lightning protection systems as specified.
  • Complete accurate and detailed paperwork, including risk assessments, job sheets, and material schedules.
  • Provide expert advice and communication to clients and project managers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Experience in the installation of Dehn HVI Systems or equivalent.
  • Experience working on commercial and industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge and commitment to health and safety standards and protocols.
  • TUV Health & Safety training or equivalent.
  • Manual Handling training.
  • Working At Height training.
  • IPAF training.
