Your Role- Collaborate closely with our partners at the Hasso Plattner Institute, Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, and our development team in Singapore.
- Design and implement a robust framework for secure annotation of radiology images using maintainable and well-tested code, adhering to best practices.
- Contribute to the design of machine learning pipelines that enable our partners to efficiently train and test models on structured and unstructured data.
- Take ownership of transformation steps within ETL pipelines, integrating diverse data sources into our unified data model.
- Deepen your understanding of the Observational Medical Outcomes Partnership (OMOP) Common Data Model, a globally recognized standard for representing observational health data.
- Partner with research institutions to summarize scientific and technological progress in reports, and present findings at international conferences.
- Hold a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Possess strong programming skills in relevant languages (e.g., Python).
- Demonstrate experience with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Have a solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
