Your role will involve close collaboration with various teams, including Operations, Marketing, Selection, Customer Experience, Seller Success, and Expansion Project Managers, as well as Finance, to ensure high-quality service levels, develop product selection, and drive business initiatives for sustainable growth.

Effective communication skills are essential to engage with our internal and external partners, utilizing your analytical expertise to influence stakeholders with a data-driven approach, ensuring that objectives and profitability targets are achieved.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual, passionate about delivering exceptional online customer experiences, and capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

They will elevate standards for merchants, crafting and implementing strategies to expand our partnerships.

They will be eager to tackle complex challenges and manage projects from inception to completion, including regularly updating senior leadership on progress.

They will excel in cross-functional collaboration, identifying and influencing key stakeholders throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities

The individual will be accountable for:

  • Account Management: Cultivating and strengthening our relationships with grocery partners, managing account operations, reporting, and ongoing communication to achieve our business objectives.
  • Partnership Development: Your collaborative skills will enable you to identify and engage key stakeholders across the organization and work with development and business teams. You will elevate standards for merchants and devise and implement strategies to enhance our partnerships. You will be driven to innovate, tackle complex challenges, and manage projects from start to finish, including presenting updates to senior leadership regularly.
  • Business Development: Assisting in strategic negotiations with prospective partners and driving the finalization of deals and integration plans for further expansion.
We are open to considering candidates for this role from various locations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant experience and/or a bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in German & English – both written and spoken
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated history of ownership and results-driven performance
  • Proven ability to influence; create an impact internally and externally; and drive change.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in e-commerce, grocery, or fast-moving consumer goods preferred
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with numerical data (including proficiency in tools such as Excel).
  • Successful history of utilizing complex data sets to analyze business trends, develop business cases, and validate strategies.
