Technical Field Engineer

Excelerate is seeking a skilled Technical Field Engineer to join their team in Munich, Germany. As the face of the company on customer sites, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:- Confidently tackle sensitive and critical IT situations, handling server installations, configurations, and repairs
- Navigate with a keen quality compass, ensuring adherence to processes and meeting customer needs
- Collaborate regularly with internal technical teams for ongoing learning and development in IT systems support, including complex solutions
- Take the lead in advancing technical discussions
- Embrace on-call duties and weekend services as part of the role
- Break Fix experience ESSENTIAL
- Fluent in both German (A2/B1 minimum) and English (Professional)
- MUST have valid Driving Licence in Germany
- Possesses hardware expertise in ProLiant Server, Synergy, StoreOnce, SimpliVity, 3PAR, MSL, Nutanix, Apollo, SuperdomeFlex
- Has already gained knowledge in OneView, Windows
- You will convince us if you are service-oriented and always keep an eye on the customer and his concerns
- You also think outside the box when it comes to generating new business
