Technical Field Engineer

Excelerate is seeking a skilled Technical Field Engineer to join their team in Munich. As the face of the company on customer sites, you will confidently tackle sensitive and critical IT situations, handling server installations, configurations, and repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring exceptional service and support
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to stay up-to-date on the latest IT systems and solutions
- Take the lead in advancing technical discussions and driving innovation
- Embrace on-call duties and weekend services as part of the role
Required Knowledge/Experience:
- Break Fix experience is essential for this role
- Basic German (A2/B1 minimum) and English (Conversational) language skills are required
- A valid Driving Licence in Germany is mandatory
- Possesses hardware expertise in ProLiant Server, Synergy, StoreOnce, SimpliVity, 3PAR, MSL, Nutanix, Apollo, and SuperdomeFlex
- Has already gained knowledge in OneView and Windows
