HR Controlling Working Student

Your Role
Are you enthusiastic about human resources and data analytics? As a working student in HR Controlling and Processes at RKW Group, you will immerse yourself in a progressive area of HR, gaining valuable insights into the complete HR process framework:
- Familiarize yourself with SAP SuccessFactors, our primary HR data and management platform, to compile analyses for HR reporting.
- Prepare findings for management presentations and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Assist in defining HR key performance indicators and developing HR dashboards.
- Contribute to the creation, enhancement, and digital transformation of various HR processes in a global context.
Your Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in business administration or a related field, preferably with a focus on human resources or controlling.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills and innovative thinking.
- A collaborative spirit, reliability, and openness to teamwork.
- Fluent in both German and English.
