About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Talent Development team at RKW Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organizational growth and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of our global job architecture, ensuring alignment with our business strategy.
- Collaborate with our HR team to create job descriptions and requirement profiles that meet our business needs.
- Assist in the implementation of our global mentoring program, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and development.
- Contribute to the development of our training offering, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of our employees.
- Take ownership of specific sub-projects, driving them forward and delivering results.
About You
We are looking for a student with a strong academic background in psychology, sociology, social pedagogy, or a related field. You should have gained initial practical experience in talent development or human resources development, preferably in a manufacturing company. Your enthusiasm for talent development topics, combined with your ability to work on conceptual tasks, will be essential in this role.
Requirements
- Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program.
- Initial practical experience in talent development or human resources development.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in MS-Office and fluency in German and English.
