Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and uphold robust Quality and Risk Management frameworks
  • Strategize and execute initiatives aimed at quality enhancement and risk mitigation
  • Oversee document management and revise quality-related documentation
  • Perform internal and external evaluations
  • Direct the Quality Management and Critical Incident Reporting System teams
  • Engage in interdisciplinary quality circles and collaborative workgroups
  • Spearhead and contribute to projects and their oversight
  • Conduct training sessions focused on quality and risk management
  • Compile the statutory quality report
  • Foster effective communication and knowledge sharing

Required Qualifications

  • Academic background in Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline
  • Certification as a Quality Manager is essential; additional credentials in auditing, clinical risk management, and project management are beneficial
  • Significant experience in Quality, Risk, and Project Management
  • Proficiency in M365 and IT systems
  • Excellent communication abilities
