Exciting Internship Opportunity in Cultural Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual who possesses a quick understanding of tasks and a strong sense of accountability. Join our dedicated team to gain comprehensive insights into various aspects of cultural management, providing essential support and engaging responsibilities. As part of a vibrant and youthful team, you will be actively involved in the artistic creation process and will acquire knowledge across all domains of cultural management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Project Management Assistant, your duties will encompass preparatory, execution, and follow-up tasks, including schedule creation, travel arrangements, and artist assistance. Within the Press and Public Relations sector, your responsibilities will involve coordinating media activities, editing program brochures, and distributing promotional materials. In the Artistic Operations Office, your focus will be on ticketing, administrative tasks, and financial management, among other duties. The internship also allows for involvement in additional areas such as Marketing (particularly Digital Marketing) or Fundraising.

Required Qualifications
  • Strong interest in project coordination
  • Affinity for classical music and foundational musical knowledge
  • Proficient in German and competent in English
  • Skilled in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during project execution
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities, teamwork, and adaptability
  • Commitment and dependability
  • Innovative thinking and creativity
  • Valid Class B driver's license
