Customer Service Team Leader SHK-Gebäudetechnik (m/w/d)
We are looking for a candidate who can take on the operational responsibility for customer service in the SHK sector and serve as the point of contact for all questions regarding technical support.
Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for the strategic orientation of customer service and its continuous development.
- You will be responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of your team members.
- You will be responsible for the identification and resolution of technical issues.
- You will be responsible for the development of your team members through targeted coaching and regular feedback sessions.
Requirements
- You have at least a completed training as a SHK technician or are otherwise qualified and have experience in customer service (service, maintenance, repair).
- You have ideally gained knowledge of cross-trade skills in the field of technical building equipment.
- You enjoy taking the initiative to gain an overview of the technical conditions on site and identifying and resolving errors using your knowledge of the functional principles of systems.
- You have a high level of engagement, loyalty, and team spirit, as well as a basic understanding of the functional principles of building equipment systems.
- You enjoy ensuring customer satisfaction and service quality with high standards.
- You have a cooperative leadership style and well-developed communication and moderation skills, combined with a high quality awareness.
- The driving license, at least class B (or previously class 3), is a prerequisite for your mobility.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a must.
