Quality Assurance Specialist

Your Assignment:
As a Quality Engineer at TDK-Micronas GmbH, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing quality assurance measures in our production processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting the planning and implementation of customer audits, moderating Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for production processes, and conducting internal process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 and system audits based on IATF 16949.
Your Profile:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a degree in electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification. You should have 2-3 years of professional experience in the quality environment, preferably in industry. Your expertise should include knowledge of Q7 tools, QA methods, Quality Improvement Tools, 8D, FMEA, 5Why, FTA, Poka-Yoke, and Automotive Core Tools. Ideally, you should be a certified auditor in accordance with IATF16949 and VDA6.3, and have experience as an FMEA moderator.
