Your Assignment:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at TDK-Micronas GmbH. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of quality assurance measures in our existing production processes.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of quality assurance measures in existing production processes.
  • Be involved in customer support and the planning and implementation of customer audits.
  • Modulate FMEAs for production processes.
  • Carry out internal process audits in accordance with VDA 6.3 and system audits based on IATF 16949.

Your Profile:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Engineer with a degree in electrical engineering, microsystems engineering, physics, or a comparable qualification. You should have 2-3 years of professional experience in the quality environment, preferably in industry.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Q7 tools, QA methods, and Quality Improvement Tools.
  • Experience with FMEA, 5Why, FTA, Poka-Yoke, and Automotive Core Tools.
  • Certified auditor in accordance with IATF16949 and VDA6.3.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and a high level of quality awareness.
  • Strong hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, and a team player.
  • Good German and English skills.
