The Project and Your Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Content Developer to join our team and work on innovative projects within the Software Development Industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing editor forms, output logic, and custom plugins using Java.

You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their project needs, implement tailored FirstSpirit solutions, and take ownership of small to medium project implementations. You will also lead technical training for developers and partners in both German and English, including onboarding new cloud customers.

As a developer and consultant, you will provide valuable insights and feedback to the product team to enhance customer experiences. You will also actively communicate project ideas and address challenges, contributing to team meetings and solution discussions.

You will efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, accurately estimate project efforts, and ensure timely delivery. You will work on a variety of projects, from developing editor forms to creating custom plugins, and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of technologies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Develop editor forms, output logic, and custom plugins using Java.
  • Collaborate closely with customers to understand their project needs and implement tailored FirstSpirit solutions.
  • Lead technical training for developers and partners in both German and English.
  • Actively communicate project ideas and address challenges, contributing to team meetings and solution discussions.
  • Efficiently manage and prioritize tasks, accurately estimate project efforts, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a developer and consultant, providing valuable insights and feedback to the product team to enhance customer experiences.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Familiar with CMS Systems and their concepts (FirstSpirit preferred)
  • Proficiency in Java
  • General knowledge about frontend (mainly Javascript) technologies
  • Fluency in German and English
  • Curiosity and motivation to learn, and have openness to others' ideas and feedback

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, based on the location and industry standards. However, this is not a fixed salary, and we are open to negotiating the terms of the offer based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
