Quality Assurance Manager

Are you a seasoned Quality Manager looking for a new challenge in the aerospace industry? Our team at GULP – experts united is seeking a highly skilled professional to join our ranks. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct root cause analyses and develop measures for sustainable error elimination in internal production processes
  • Initiate improvement measures in the process and on the product in collaboration with production and feed the results back into development
  • Validate and optimize product, test, and process specifications and requirements
  • Take responsibility for continuous improvement in the error management process
  • Moderate and guide problem-solving teams
  • Carry out approvals and acceptances in production

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in the field of engineering
  • Sound knowledge of manufacturing and advanced quality planning (e.g. APQP)
  • Experience in the application of quality methods and tools in relation to defect root cause identification and problem solving (e.g. 8D, Ishikawa, 5-Why or similar)
  • Knowledge in the field of precision mechanics and/or optronics
  • Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation, if possible project experience
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • High sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and organizational talent
  • Independent working style, coordination, and integration skills as well as assertiveness
