Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by conducting hearing tests and providing personalized solutions in sales and consulting conversations.
  • Implement sales routines efficiently and ensure optimal processes in the specialty store to create a unique customer experience.
  • Support customers in caring for their hearing systems, advise on accessories, and build long-term relationships.
  • Utilize customer data for telephone contact and organize local marketing activities, such as market days and health fairs.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and work meticulously as a data administrator.
  • Assist in store organization, schedule appointments, manage orders and inventory, and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Requirements:

  • Completion of training as a Hearing Acoustician Assistant (m/f/d).
  • Customer-oriented approach and experience in consulting and sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and empathy.
  • Ability to work in a team and contribute to shared success.
  • Organizational talent, flexibility, and responsibility.
