**Verantwortlichkeiten:**
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
- Kundenloyalität fördern und neue Kunden gewinnen
- Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen, um Kundenbedürfnisse zu verstehen und zu erfüllen
- Analyse von Kundenfeedback und -bedürfnissen, um unsere Dienstleistungen zu verbessern
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertrieb, um neue Geschäftschancen zu identifizieren und zu verfolgen

**Anforderungen:**
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Personalmanagement, Organisationspsychologie, Wirtschaft oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbeziehungsarbeit und -entwicklung
- Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Probleme zu analysieren und Lösungen zu entwickeln
