About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Compliance Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping us set standards for cross-unit IT Compliance and Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT compliance and governance strategies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate IT risks, ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data.
- Design and implement processes to ensure compliance with SOX, ISO standards, and other relevant regulations.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of our compliance and governance programs.
- Support internal and external audits, ensuring that our systems and processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Strong understanding of IT compliance and governance principles, including SOX and ISO standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in German and English.
