About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Security Compliance Specialist to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our IT Governance team, you will be responsible for setting standards for cross-unit IT Compliance and Governance, engaging with stakeholders, and providing a process perspective on our delivery of Solutions and Services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT compliance and governance standards, including SOX Compliance, ISO Standards, IT Security, and IT Risk Management.
- Collaborate with IT Process Managers and Control Owners to provide process guidance and support.
- Introduce new or changed processes and tools to reduce variants and increase automation, developing Key Performance Indicators to measure success.
- Prepare and support internal and external audits, covering IT scope, quality, security, and business continuity.
- Gather and raise improvement needs from audits, process managers, and organizational and technological changes, tracking improvements and supporting/escalating as needed.
Requirements:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field, with sufficient working experience.
- Strong customer focus, business acumen, and business and IT process knowledge.
- Knowledge in IT methods, tools, and processes.
- Business Process Modelling experience (e.g., BPMN, Signavio).
- Background in SAP ERP technologies (e.g., authorizations, configuration across different solutions).
- Experience with regulatory affairs, corporate and financial governance, and IT certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 22301).
- Deep structured and analytical knowledge in preparing and transferring strategic business content into value-generating messaging.
- Fluency in German and English.
