Senior Production Planning Expert

Key Responsibilities:- Network with frontend production requirements and arrange production resources to ensure efficient operation of production lines and maximum production capacity.
- Ensure the manufacturing process meets quality standards and requirements, monitor product inspection and testing, and collaborate with the quality team to improve product quality and process efficiency.
- Optimize production processes, improve equipment maintenance, and introduce automation and intelligent technologies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth implementation of production plans and appropriate resource allocation, as well as resolve challenges and issues in daily operations.
- Support R&D in packaging and test manufacturing processes and build the process platform; develop processes such as photolithography, electroplating, and etching.
- Build and continuously improve supply chain management with the aim of lean production; participate in the inspection, management, and evaluation of suppliers to ensure delivery quality and establish long-term cooperative relationships.
- Successfully completed degree in Materials Science and Engineering, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or a comparable field.
- At least 12 years of experience in FAB production management.
- Extensive expertise in FAB production management, familiar with production processes, workflows, and quality management, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in creating and adjusting production plans, capable of independently making production plans based on production tasks and resource conditions.
- General knowledge and skills in equipment maintenance and management, capable of creating maintenance plans and ensuring normal operation of equipment.
- Familiarity with production cost controls and cost analysis.
- Good knowledge of test equipment for semiconductor wafers (ATE testers, sorters, and test stations) and experience in mass production of semiconductor technology.
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness to ensure smooth collaboration with various departments and support your team in achieving their goals.
