About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join CYBEX GMBH as a Commercial Controlling Assistant, where you will play a key role in supporting our pricing and controlling functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of margin-oriented price and promo calculations to inform pricing decisions from management.
- Define, track, and adjust transfer prices for go-to-market products to ensure accurate pricing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for spare part price requests, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes, as well as preparing for the new month and year.
- Develop and maintain pricelists, working closely with our CRM team to establish a sustainable storage process.
- Create and develop management-relevant reports, analyzing figures based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Regularly review and release credit memo requests in SAP to ensure seamless customer support.
- Administer and maintain customer conditions in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Provide support for special projects and ad-hoc analyses, leveraging your analytical skills to drive business insights.
