Your Responsibilities

• Establish requirements for a global MES system
• Perform benchmarking of existing solutions and develop the corresponding business case for executive review
• Lead international pilot projects in this domain
• Oversee the global implementation following successful pilot testing
• Define standardized processes for service operations
• Promote continuous enhancement through constructive feedback

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Information Technology (IT), Business Informatics, Production Technology, or a related field
• Three to five years of relevant experience in a similar setting
• Digital-first mindset with experience in OT and MES systems
• Driven to establish global standards, conduct pilot projects, and implement solutions worldwide
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English (written and verbal)
