Logistics Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction by facilitating a seamless operational flow.
- Serve as the primary liaison for both domestic and international clients regarding dispatch matters.
- Evaluate orders for all delivery specifications and practical execution.
- Document, process, and oversee customer orders, including the formulation of delivery schedules.
- Construct demand forecasts for clients, including the assessment of contract progress.
- Oversee delivery timelines and track progress utilizing SAP software.
- Coordinate and oversee deadlines in collaboration with our clients.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints effectively.
- Identify opportunities for cross-location efficiencies within the supply chain.
Candidate Profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Order Processing, or Sales Support, preferably within the steel processing sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP R/3.
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong customer focus combined with technical insight and effective communication skills.
- Organizational skills with a systematic approach to work and a preference for collaborative team environments.
