About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Service Technician (m/w/d) to join our team at ROM Technik. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and installation of electrical and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing to ensure systems are functioning properly and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports, including test results and maintenance records, to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Participate in our on-call rotation to provide emergency support and maintenance services as needed.

Requirements

  • Completed training or apprenticeship in electrical or HVAC technology, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, and experience with industry-specific software such as EasyTec.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a focus on quality and safety.
