Your Role as Payroll Accountant
  • You will be responsible for independently preparing monthly wage and salary statements using DATEV payroll software.
  • Reviewing payroll accounting processes, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, social insurance requirements, and collective bargaining agreements.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Managing communication with health insurance providers, pension funds, government agencies, and tax authorities.
  • Completing legal documentation, certifications, and reporting obligations related to payroll.
  • Maintaining accurate master and movement data within the payroll system.
  • Handling audits and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
