Your Responsibilities

  • As a (Senior) Payroll Consultant (m/f/d), you will support our rapidly expanding payroll department.
  • You will be responsible for the professional approval of payroll calculations.
  • Engage with an international network of experts in payroll to enhance our global solutions.
  • Advise national and international companies on the quality assurance of their processes.
  • Additionally, you will develop new areas of responsibility related to payroll processing.
Your Profile
  • You will join us as a (Senior) Payroll Consultant (m/f/d) with a successfully completed training as a tax clerk, payroll specialist, personnel manager, certified payroll accountant, tax consultant, or a similar commercial qualification.
  • You possess extensive experience in the preparation and review of payroll calculations and in managing teams.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of payroll tax and social security law as it pertains to payroll processing, as well as in the area of certification.
  • Moreover, you have experience with DATEV and possess solid knowledge in related topics such as travel expenses, personnel data management, or personnel controlling.
  • You have previously worked with globally operating companies and have the necessary proficiency in English.
  • Your experience in managing payroll audits and inspections by pension insurance providers, as well as issues related to the artists' social insurance, rounds out your qualifications.
