Was dich erwartet

Als Führungskraft leitest, schulst und motivierst du dein Team in puncto persönlicher Entwicklung und sorgst für gute Stimmung im Store. Du trägst dafür Sorge, dass bei deinem Team immer der Kundenservice und das positive Einkaufserlebnis im Vordergrund steht. Du bist verantwortlich für den Erfolg des Stores und beschäftigst dich mit Umsatz, Budgetierung und der Koordination aller anfallenden Arbeiten. Die KPIs behältst du täglich im Blick und erkennst kommerzielle Chancen, um den bestmöglichen Umsatz zu erzielen. Natürlich sorgst du gemeinsam mit deinem Team dafür, dass der Laden immer "on point" ist.
