Assistant Store Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Store Manager to join our team at denns Biomarkt GmbH, a leading organic food and natural cosmetics retailer. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Manage and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and ensure accurate inventory reporting.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain a visually appealing store environment, including product displays and store fixtures.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and meets company standards.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the organic food and natural cosmetics industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management software.
