Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS DE GmbH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving and storing spare parts in our on-site warehouse, preparing shipments, conducting inventories, maintaining cleanliness and order in the warehouse area, and organizing and coordinating facility services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Receive and store spare parts in our on-site warehouse, ensuring accurate and efficient inventory management.
  • Shipping and Receiving: Prepare shipments and receive goods, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Facility Services: Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse area, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.

Requirements
