Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide recommendations on our bakery products.
- Store Maintenance: Ensure the store is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our bakery products, including ingredients, preparation methods, and nutritional information.
- Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales and promotional activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
- Education and Experience: Ideally, you have completed a baker retail salesperson apprenticeship or have relevant experience in the food retail sector.
- Skills and Qualities: Strong customer orientation, communication skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility.
- Availability: Willingness to work in shifts from Monday to Saturday from 06:30 to 22:15.
