Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at REWE. As a Sales Associate - Cashier Function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and cashier area
• Assist with inventory management, restocking shelves, and processing returns and exchanges
• Work collaboratively with other sales associates and management to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere

• High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a cash register
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
