About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team at Utimaco. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our accounting team.

Your Tasks

  • Support the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of financial models and reports
  • Contribute to the analysis of financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Support the implementation of new financial processes and procedures

Your Profile

We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual with a strong understanding of financial concepts and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. Key qualifications include:

  • Enrolled student of business administration or a comparable course of study
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • Fluent German language skills
  • Basic English language skills
