Senior Expert in Corporate Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to support our Accounting Department in our Central Office in Münster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating consolidated financial statements for Westfleisch SCE mbH in accordance with German Commercial Code (HGB).Senior Expert in Corporate Accounting / Central Financial Reporting (m/w/d)Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for Westfleisch SCE mbH
  • Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and serve as the primary point of contact for auditors during the audit process
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting policies and procedures
  • Drive the continuous improvement and harmonization of financial processes
  • Perform special tasks in the field of accounting
Requirements
  • Hold a degree in business administration or a related field with a focus on accounting
  • Have a strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles, including HGB
  • Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, and have experience with consolidation software (e.g. LucaNet)
  • Have experience with SAP modules FI and AA
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English
