Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter Delivery Management to join our team at Swiss IT Security Group. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from identifying and approaching potential candidates to convincing them to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent
  • Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement recruitment processes and procedures
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management on recruitment progress and metrics
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the IT industry
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting top IT talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
