Senior Business Process Expert

ZEISS, a leading technology company in the optics and optoelectronics industries, is seeking a Senior Business Process Expert to manage business requirements and design process adaptations in a SAP environment.
About the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and dynamic professional to analyze and coordinate the elaboration of global end-to-end business processes and requirements, as well as drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization.
Key Responsibilities- Analysis and coordination of global end-to-end business processes and requirements in alignment with business representatives of the ZEISS IQR segment and IT experts
- Management of regional/segment-specific business requirements (incl. business roles, data design) in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system
- Adaptation of end-to-end business processes (incl. process modelling) towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization
- Guidance and steering of junior hub business experts (e.g., requirements analysis, business process modelling)
- Design and ownership of test cases and conduct of functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system
- Contribution to the roll-out of assigned roll-out projects in a region (mainly within a segment, and, if deemed necessary by regional hub lead, also across SBUs/segments)
- 46 years of relevant professional experience
- In-depth understanding of at least one end-to-end business process (Lead-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Engineer-to-Order / Idea-to-Market, Service-to-Customer, Plant-to-Produce, Inbound-to-Outbound, Record-to-Report and specialty areas like Quality Management or Master Data Management)
- Proven track record in handling complex projects within larger international companies and various stakeholders
- Proven experience with business requirements management and design of business processes
- Experience with SAP R/3 (and ideally SAP S/4HANA) as well as relevant third-party business systems
- Excellent conceptual, results-oriented and communication skills
- Business fluent in English and German (must have)
- Willingness to travel (up to 50-70%)
